XIII FECEPAC – ACBR CONGRESS
FECEPAC (Central American and Caribbean Real Estate Network) and CNCBR (Nicaraguan Real Estate Chamber) have the honor to invite you to their “International Real Estate Integration” XIII Congress, which will take place on February 14 – 17, 2007 at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Managua, Nicaragua.
International and local real estate experts and speakers will participate in the congress to help us find ways that take us to an International Real Estate Integration among realtors and other important market players, such as developers, financial institutions, governmental entities and all of those related to the real estate market.
The main goal of this congress is to strengthen the unity ties, promote the coordination between the different sectors that compose the regional real estate network and establish a goal: To find the road that takes us to an International Real Estate Integration.
This congress will be sponsored by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) from the Unites States of America, the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) headquartered in Paris, France and the Nicaraguan Real Estate Chamber (CNCBR). Each of these organizations will have a congress member to discuss about the relate topics with the regional associations and chambers representatives.
Along with the regional realtors, many players related to the real estate market, such as financial institutions, investors, and real estate and tourism project developers will also assist this Congress.
Speech translations in both English and Spanish will take place simultaneously.

Política de Reservación
Las reservaciones deberán efectuarse a través del Departamento de Reservaciones, Gerentes de Cuentas, Fax o Correo Electrónico. En caso de que la empresa corra con los gastos del huésped, deberá llenar ciertos requisitos de crédito establecidos por el Hotel, o bien garantizar este pago, y la reservación misma, por medio de una tarjeta de crédito. En caso de que el Huésped se haga cargo de su cuenta, también deberá garantizar su reserva con una tarjeta de crédito y presentarla en el Hotel al momento de su ingreso en el Hotel.
Política de Cancelación
Toda cancelación deberá hacerse con un mínimo de 24 horas anteriores al día de ingreso del huésped, y tendrá que ser notificada a través del mismo medio por el que fue hecha la reservación.
No Show
Todas las reservaciones no canceladas antes del tiempo límite establecido por el hotel Holiday Inn Select, serán penalizadas con el cobro del valor correspondiente a la primera noche de la estadía.
